To use our new security gate, please review the following
Option 1: To open the gate enter your four-digit code on the keypad on the fence post then hit the pound key # For example, 8888#. (But use your own four-digit code)
Here is the location of your own code on your dashboard when you sign in:
Option 2: You can also open the gate from your vehicle: Type the word open to this phone number: 847-499-1601.
You must text from the phone number we have on file in the system
If you are in the lot and want to leave, just drive up to the gate. It will open automatically
IMPORTANT:
- Wait until the gate is completely open before passing through
- Do not try to pass through the gate while it is closing
- Do not not try to force the gate open or closed
