Do you offer month-to-month contracts?

We have month-by-month rentals. We will bill your credit card monthly. First month is prorated by the day. The monthly payments are due on the first and paid in advance with no refunds for early lease termination. If you want to leave just let us know a few days in advance so we can make the process go smoothly.
