Facility & Operations
How do I operate the gate?
The gate can be opened directly from your mobile phone or by using the keypad. It will close automatically about 30 seconds after you pass through. There are sensors in the pavement that will detect a vehicle, so approach the closed gate slowly when leaving. It will open automatically. For detailed information visit this page.
Is the lot safe and monitored?
Yes. Our facility is fully fenced, well-lit, and monitored by security cameras. We also have management on-site.
The area is well-lit and frequently patrolled by police. However, please exercise caution at night:
-Travel with a partner
-Be aware of your surroundings
-Do not linger in the lot
-Lock your vehicle
-Do not leave valuables inside in plain sight
Do I have 24/7 access?
Yes, 24/7 parking and access are available.
Do I have an assigned spot?
Yes. Outdoor parking spaces are designated and assigned.
Requirements & Rules
Can I live in my vehicle?
No. While we are happy to store your vehicle, living on the property is strictly prohibited by our rental agreement.Billing and Payments
Is insurance required?
Yes. 901MLK does not provide insurance for your vehicle or property. You must maintain full insurance coverage (including liability) at all times while stored on our lot.
What is your policy on site conduct?
We ask all tenants to be respectful. Please do not litter, cause disturbances, or break facility equipment.
Insurance
No. We do not offer insurance for any of your property. You must maintain full insurance while your vehicle is stored or parked with us.
No. Please keep the vehicle fully insured otherwise you may be liable if your vehicle cause damage to other vehicles or facilities. Your insurer may offer a discount while the vehicle is in storage, though.
Leasing & Payments
- How do I reserve a spot?
Reserving online is the fastest way to secure your space. If you prefer personal assistance, you can also call or text us. - What are your contract terms?
We offer flexible month-to-month rentals so you aren’t locked into a long-term contract. - How do I pay?
We use automatic payments to make your monthly billing seamless and hassle-free.
All of the paperwork is done online. Payment is by credit or debit card.
Go online and reserve the type of storage you’d like and complete the information requested. Then text or email the following to us:
-Driver’s license
-Registration (or title) for the vehicle
-Registration (or title) for the trailer (if any)
-Proof of insurance
-Several clear photos of the vehicle from several angles (including the license plate and all registration numbers)

The rent is due on the first of the month and is paid in advance. There are no refunds if you end the lease early. The first month is pro-rated though.
You have a 10-day grace period to make the full payment. After the 10th of the month, a late fee will be applied (plus applicable taxes) to your rent. Please pay your bill on time.
Unpaid rent is a breach of the lease agreement and your vehicle may be towed off the lot.
Do not automatically dispute the charge. Please contact us first. Usually it is due to our automated payment system and we can resolve the issue very quickly.
Available Services
There are no public facilities onsite but there are many options just west on Martin Luther King Jr Drive that you can use.
We will be providing water in the near future.

Policies
Yes. We offer daily and weekly parking through our partner, Truck Parking Club. Truckers and rent and pay for a spot online. Monthly parking is managed on our website.
All of our leases are monthly and continue as long as you’d like to stay.
Only very minor repairs are allowed (vacuuming, wiper blades, car washing, etc). No heavy maintenance or other repairs are allowed. For example we do not allow oil changes, tire removal, brake work, electrical work, or other similar mechanical work.
Yes. For outdoor storage you have 24×7 access.
However, for indoor storage the access is strictly limited. The indoor storage is a shared space and the vehicles are tightly packed in for winter. You can retrieve your vehicle in an emergency but it may take some time and will be subject to additional fees.

We offer specialized storage for: - Do I have an assigned spot?
Yes. For all outdoor parking, you will be assigned a dedicated spot. Our spots are 12 feet wide and range from 20 to 75 feet long to accommodate any rig. - Is it easy to maneuver a big rig?
Absolutely. Our facility features extra-wide aisles and plenty of turnaround space, making it easy for semi-tractors to back into their assigned spots. - Do you offer indoor storage?
Yes, we have both indoor and outdoor storage available. Indoor storage is long term for cars and boats.
