The rent is due on the first of the month and is paid in advance. There are no refunds if you end the lease early. The first month is pro-rated though.
You have a 10-day grace period to make the full payment. After the 10th of the month, a late fee will be applied (plus applicable taxes) to your rent. Please pay your bill on time.
Unpaid rent is a breach of the lease agreement and your vehicle may be towed off the lot.
Do not automatically dispute the charge. Please contact us first. Usually it is due to our automated payment system and we can resolve the issue very quickly.
